The support needs of our customers may vary with volume, complexity and nature of their business, and may change over time. At Keynote, we offer three levels of support: Standard Support, Extended Support and Premium Support.


Standard Support

Included with subscription

All Keynote customers receive Keynote Standard Support at no additional cost. Live support analysts are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in your local time zone.


Extended Support

$200 per month

For support outside of business hours, Keynote Extended Support provides 24x7x365 access to live support and defined service response times prioritized by severity level for incoming cases.


Premium Support

Starts at $375 per month

Keynote Premium Support offers deep technical knowledge on scripting, data triage and diagnostics, mobile device management, 24x7x365 access, and SLA response times for support incidents. More »
